o 如果当事人订立排他性管辖协议选择外国法院管辖且不违反《民事诉讼法》对专属管辖的规定，不涉及我国主权、安全或者社会公共利益的，可以裁定不予受理或驳回起诉。If parties have entered into an exclusive jurisdiction agreement that selects a foreign court and does not violate the "Civil Procedure Law" provisions on exclusive jurisdiction, and does not involve China's sovereignty, security, or social public interest, the court may decide not to accept or to dismiss the lawsuit.
o 根据国际礼让原则，如果外国法院已经先于人民法院受理的，人民法院可依申请裁定中止诉讼，除非当事人协议选择我国法院，或者属于我国法院专属管辖，或者我国法院是方便管辖。According to the principle of international comity, if a foreign court has already accepted the case before the People's Court, the People's Court may, upon application, suspend the proceedings unless the parties have agreed to select the Chinese court, or the case falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chinese court, or the Chinese court is the convenient forum.
